If you have received the shipping email with a notification that your order has been packed and includes a tracking link, your package is usually handed over to the carrier on the same day. Refer to "When will my package be delivered?" to check pickup times for different carriers. However, there are instances where the carriers may not be as prompt as us in getting your package all the way to you, resulting in delays or, in rare cases, misplacing your package. Follow the steps below if your tracking link shows that it has been several business days since your package last moved: 1. The tracking information on the link is only displayed when the package arrives at the carrier's terminal, not when they pick up the package from us. 2. If the carriers are exceptionally busy, it may take up to 2 business days before the tracking link shows the first update. If you can see on the tracking that the package is ready for pick-up at a An Post pick-up point, you can easily go to the pick-up point and collect it. Just bring your tracking number/pick-up code, which you received from your supplier, along with valid identification. If you haven't received your pick-up code, we would recommend contacting the supplier as they will be able to provide you with that information.

We made a warehouse error - Over 24 hours from ordering If more than 24 hours have passed since your order, and you haven't received notification that it has been shipped, it could unfortunately be due to a warehouse error involving one or more of your ordered products. No, unfortunately it is not possible to use more than one discount code and/or voucher on the same order. The two cannot be combined on the same order either. Our system simply does not allow it. It is also not possible to add an additional discount code or discount after the order has been placed and confirmed with us in the form of an order confirmation sent by email. You can of course do that with store credit. However, it does not apply to discount codes. VAT per item - depending on the number, number of colours, number of different logos and whether it is name printed or not. We can make a maximum of 2 different prints per swimcap. The money will always go into the same payment method as used during the purchase. We order products from all our suppliers every week to ensure that we always have as many of our products in stock as possible. If you see individual products that are not in stock, it is often because the supplier/brand also doesn't have them in stock right now. So, even though we would like to, we cannot order a product based on your request simply because the supplier/brand doesn't have it in stock at the moment. If a product is no longer on the website, unfortunately, it means that the item has been discontinued and will not be restocked. Once a product is discontinued and removed from the website, we are unable to replenish it. It's indeed regrettable, but to continually introduce new products to our range, we must phase out older ones. Often, it's not our decision but rather made by the suppliers/brands, who typically rotate their product offerings every six months to a year. Fortunately, we have over 2,500 products available online at watery.IE, and there are surely other exciting products that might be of interest to you instead.
Over the years, we have sold +50,000 paddleboards, but in a few cases and over time, some boards may experience 4 challenges that are not defects but require some adjustment to the board. You can easily and quickly do this yourself, so it is not a warranty claim. These are the 4: ***1.***The valve is not airtight? In some cases, the valve may loosen during transport from the supplier to us. Therefore, simply tighten the valve upon receipt to prevent air leakage. This may also be experienced after extended use. It's easy and quick with the following procedure, as shown in our video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WIui-La1Rpw 2. Pump does not show pressure? You might think: The pump isn't working if it's not showing anything? However, this is not the case. Naturally, the pump will only register on the gauge when there is a certain resistance inside the board. So, just keep pumping, and when the resistance becomes sufficient, the gauge will start to move. Watch a video here demonstrating how to pump your paddleboard. 3. The valve does not seal? Is all the air escaping when you remove the pump from the valve after inflation? It's a typical problem, but you just need to make sure you close the valve BEFORE pumping. This is done by pressing down on the valve and then turning it. Once the valve is closed, you can attach the pump, inflate the board, and remove the pump again - and presto, no air will escape. 4. Coating detaches from the board? In rare cases, the coating may come loose from the board over time with use. Fortunately, all our boards come with glue for reattachment, included in the repair kit in the orange container. We occasionally see dents in the coating as well. This is something that cannot be avoided, especially if the board is left in the sun when not in use (the sun heats the air inside the board, causing it to expand and create small air bubbles between the board and the coating). To remove these dents and release the air, we recommend using a small needle to make a hole in the coating, allowing the air to escape. If an item or size is sold out, it is usually not possible for you to pre-order it. It will be indicated on the product page if pre-ordering is available. If the product may be restocked, you will have the option to click on a button on the product page that says "Get notified when back in stock." By doing this, you will receive a notification when the product is back in stock. In some cases, the expected restocking week may also be mentioned. There is no guarantee that the timing is accurate.
We know - returning gifts is sometimes a hassle. Unfortunately, this is also the case with us when it comes to refunding money to someone else's card or even a different card than the one originally used. For security reasons, we cannot refund money to a card other than the one originally used. In other words, it's not up to us to decide this. But we do have a couple of other options: 1. get the refund on the originally used card also either coordinate internally or contact your card issuer for assistance in receiving a refund, even if you no longer have the card. 2. Get a voucher for the amount instead. This will save you the return costs on top of that.
If you have regretted your order after it was shipped, but have not yet picked it up in the parcel shop, it is unfortunately not considered a valid return and you cannot simply leave it in the parcel shop and wait for it to be sent back. This is because we do not have any order information on your return and what you want to do with it. This will ensure that you get your money back or exchange your order safely and even faster.
We discourage our customers from sending multiple orders back in the same shipment, as it can make it a bit challenging for our returns system to process your cases correctly. We therefore prefer that you split them up to make sure they are processed correctly.
Whether you have to pay for the return depends on the reason and the desired return. We know that sometimes it can be difficult to be patient. Unfortunately, we can't take any action on your return until we receive your return parcel from An Post. However, you will automatically receive an email at the exact moment we do. You will automatically receive an email the moment we process it. You can therefore rest assured that you will be notified immediately – completely automatically and exactly at the same time we do it. Normally, An Post takes 3-5 business days to deliver the parcel back to us once you've dropped it off at the parcel shop. Once we receive it from An Post, we process all returns within 24 hours of receipt. Overall, this means handling within 5 business days. In some cases, it may take a few days longer. Our returns process is quick and easy for you - we also believe there are many more fun things in life to spend time on :) Especially looking for printers, so of course we've made sure you don't need one. Our return and exchange process consists of 3 steps: 1. fill out our online return label 2. Send the package back 3. Our warehouse will process your return Step 1 - Fill in our return label: Go to https://watery.ie/pages/contact-watery Enter your order number (found in your order confirmation) and the email address you used when placing the order. Click on “Select items” and mark the product you want to exchange, as well as the size or color you want instead. The return portal automatically deducts the price of the returned product from the new product. Shipping on the new order is completely free. If the price of the product has increased since your purchase, you will receive the difference as a gift card. Then click on "return item" and you will afterwards receive a new email with your return label, where you can either write the 9-digit code on the outside of the package or print our return label. Step 2 - Send the package back to us: Pack the products you want to return securely. You can use the parcel bag that we originally sent the package in, as it has double-sided adhesive. It's easy and environmentally friendly. Make sure that all products have the original packaging around them as when you received them. This is required for a successful return. Drop off the package at your nearest An Post parcel shop. You can find the nearest one here: https://www.anpost.com/ (We only use An Post for parcel returns.) Within 3-5 business days from when you drop off the package, An Post will deliver it to us. Step 3 - Handling at our warehouse: Within 3-5 business days from when you hand in the package, An Post will deliver it to us. We then process all returns within 24 hours - not on the weekend. We only use An Post for returns. We always do our best to process your return package as quickly as possible. When you drop off your package at a parcel shop, you will receive a parcel number from our suppliers. Of course, we would like to help you find a good solution if you end up with a product you didn't need/want after all. To take the stress and hassle out of returns, we have extended the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal to a 30-day full return policy. In addition, we offer an extended period of 365 days if you want an exchange within the same product category or a voucher. This applies from the day you receive the product until the day you drop it off at a parcel shop. Naturally, we have a warranty on all our products, so we ensure that our customers have a 2-year warranty. Basically, we cover all product faults that are not directly caused by your use. In the portal itself, you need to provide a description of the issue and attach a photo of the defect. One of our employees will then handle your situation as soon as possible. In this process, you must of course make sure to claim the defect within a short time after you have discovered the defect. We're sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, this is a situation that can occur if you have returned the parcel in the same packaging without removing the original parcel label or clearly marking it with a cross or lines over it. Therefore, you will unfortunately have to pick it up again and make sure that the old label is now covered up, after which you can use the same label you originally created in the returns portal.

Therefore, we only accept returns that are sent through our return system with An post. We hope you will respect that. Here, the package is insured and we can track it along the way. The alternative is that if you send the package back yourself without using our system, we will not have tracking on your return.
