It looks like this: Please be aware that depending on your chosen delivery method, it may take up to 48 hours before your package is registered with the distributor, so you may not always be able to track it immediately. The tracking link will only show information once it has been scanned at the freight carrier's terminal and not when it is picked up from us. Nothing is more important to us than ensuring that your package reaches you safely! Therefore, we always do our best to pack them securely and well, ensuring that your items arrive in good condition. We pack in shipping bags made from 100% recycled plastic, as we, like many others, want to take care of our beautiful Earth. Additionally, we have made sure that our bags are easy to reseal, in case of returns or exchanges. You’ll be asked to upload 2–3 pictures clearly showing the defect, along with a short description of the issue. If your claim is approved, we’ll make sure you get a solution – either by repairing the product or by sending you a completely new one. We will receive the wrong product within 1-3 days and immediately send you the correct product, so you will have it within a few days in total. Incorrect items have high priority in our return department. Unfortunately, we need to have the wrong product back first, as we have experienced cases where some customers have received the correct product but then fail to return the wrong product. If you have received the shipping email with a notification that your order has been packed and includes a tracking link, your package is usually handed over to the carrier on the same day. Refer to "When will my package be delivered?" to check pickup times for different carriers. However, there are instances where the carriers may not be as prompt as us in getting your package all the way to you, resulting in delays or, in rare cases, misplacing your package. Follow the steps below if your tracking link shows that it has been several business days since your package last moved: 1. The tracking information on the link is only displayed when the package arrives at the carrier's terminal, not when they pick up the package from us. 2. If the carriers are exceptionally busy, it may take up to 2 business days before the tracking link shows the first update. Unfortunately, we cannot control this, but we consistently follow up to ensure they adhere to our quality agreements. 3. Check your order confirmation, which you received via email immediately after placing the order, to verify if the correct address is provided for the order. Is the address 100% accurate? 4. If it appears that your package is stuck and has been for more than 2 business days, contact us. Let us know if there were any address errors or if everything looks as it should. Subsequently, in collaboration with the carrier, we will initiate an investigation to locate the missing package. It is typically found at a depot and then sent to you. If you can see on the tracking that the package is ready for pick-up at a An Post pick-up point, you can easily go to the pick-up point and collect it. Just bring your tracking number/pick-up code, which you received from your supplier, along with valid identification. If you haven't received your pick-up code, we would recommend contacting the supplier as they will be able to provide you with that information.

Here at Watery, we think fast and secure delivery is important. In 99.3% of cases, we offer 3-5 days delivery when you order within the deadlines listed below. Depending on the time of day you order, whether it's a weekday or a weekend and which carrier you choose, it will take 3 or 5 days for delivery. However, we can guarantee that we have a crew at work 7 days a week from 08:00 AM to 10:00 PM, so the last parcels can be picked up by 10:00 PM - even on weekends. At watery.ie we primarily ship to Ireland only. If you scroll down to the bottom of our website, you can see the various countries where we have webshops. Please visit the shop that is local to the country where you want delivery. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to Greenland, the Faroe Islands, and the United Kingdom, as well as countries outside of Europe. If you have placed an order but have not yet received a shipping email notifying you that your order has been packed, including a tracking link, one of these two things may be the reason: 1. We haven't reached the packing of your package - Within 24 hours of ordering We process all orders daily, regardless of the carrier used, every day of the year. If you placed your order within the last 24 hours, it might be that we haven't processed your specific order yet. However, there's no need to worry; we will definitely get to your order in due time, and there are no expected issues. So please be patient and wait with confidence. 2. We made a warehouse error - Over 24 hours from ordering If more than 24 hours have passed since your order, and you haven't received notification that it has been shipped, it could unfortunately be due to a warehouse error involving one or more of your ordered products. We deeply apologize for this and regret any inconvenience caused. When it comes to people like you and me handling, counting, and packing orders, occasional errors are unavoidable. We hope you understand, even though it only happens in 0.3% of our orders. If your order is affected by this, our warehouse will try to contact you via phone or email as early as the day after your order. The purpose is to collaborate with you on a solution, either by offering an alternative product or by sending what we have available.
