We only withdraw your money once your order has been dispatched. This happens automatically when your order is marked as dispatched in our system and you receive a tracking link. Please note that for certain credit cards, the amount will be reserved immediately. This does not mean that the money has been withdrawn, but that it is ready to be withdrawn upon dispatch. As soon as you have received the email "Your parcel from Watery.ie has started its swim to you!" it means that your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse and we will deduct the money. In rare cases, however, it may be necessary to withdraw the money earlier in the case of a long pre-order, where the reservation of the amount would otherwise expire. The money will always go into the same payment method as used during the purchase. This means that the account the money is debited from is locked and the money will in any case always be returned to the same account. For example, if you have purchased through one of our instalment payment providers, the money will automatically be returned to that payment provider and they will then refund the money to you.
